Data we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect your dates, number of guests, name, email, and your phone number and message if provided, plus an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address, used only to limit spam.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to reply to your request and, where relevant, to organise your stay. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

Requests are kept for 3 years at most, then deleted.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or shared. It is processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (email delivery). The map on the studio page loads its tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which therefore receive your IP address, without any cookie.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that only counts anonymous visits (pages viewed, country, device type) and cannot identify you, so no consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You can access, correct or ask us to delete your data by writing to us (see the Legal notice). You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
